Module Eighteen: Photography Assignments

Please complete the following exercises. Submit the work as a file attachment. The Photography Assignment exercise is worth 15 points.

• Practice using traditional wedding photography poses. This can include one person, a "bridal" couple, or groups. Submit three photographs using traditional poses.

• Practice using wedding photojournalism techniques (you may want to have your helpers act out common wedding behaviors such as getting ready or participating in the ceremony). Submit three photographs of wedding photojournalism type shots.

• Practice taking a portrait photograph of one member of the "bridal" party. Submit three photographs of a "bridal" portrait.

• Practice taking photographs of the "bridal" couple. These photographs can use either type of wedding photography or a combination of the two. Submit three photographs of the couple.

• Practice taking photographs of groups of three or more people to mimic the photographs that you might take of the bridal party or families. These photographs can use either type of wedding photography or a combination of the two. Submit three photographs of a group that might be present at the wedding.
